- Single Supplement (as long as the passengers is willing to room with someone and allows us to provide them with a roommate. If the passenger wants a guaranteed room to of their own, then they have to pay the $900 single supplement)
- Remember: Our trips are not more expensive during high season ~ Passengers will never be expected to pay extra for anything while on the trip.

- Call us (855) 842-8001 or register online with a credit card and pay your $500 deposit per person to save your spot. The $500 deposit is part of the total price of the trip.
- A $1,000 Additional Deposit (AD) per person is due one month from the registration. The AD is paid ONLY in the form of Check (personal, money order, or bank check).
- The balance is due 4 months before the trip departure date. The balance is paid ONLY in the form of Check (personal, money order, or bank check).

Day 1: Departure from USA.
Day 2: Sunday, September 23rd ~ Flight arrives in Rome in the morning. We will visit St. Paul’s Outside the Walls on the way to Hotel. In the afternoon, attend Sunday Mass at a nearby church and then Walking Tour through the City St. Peter’s Square, Spanish steps, Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona, etc.
Day 3: Monday, September 24th ~ 8:00 am Mass at St. Mary Major, then Tour of St. John Lateran Basilica and Baptistery. Pray at the Church of the Holy Stairs. Tour Coliseum and Roman Forum. Free evening.
Day 4: Tuesday, September 25th ~ 7:00 am Mass at St. Peter’s (Hopefully, St. JPII’s tomb). Tour of St. Peter’s and Scavi (Guides provided by the seminary). In the afternoon visit the Vatican Museums. Optional choice to Climb to St. Peter’s Cupola.
Day 5: Wednesday, September 26th ~ Papal Audience from 6:00-11:30am ~12:00 Mass at St. Maria in Traspontina or Chiesa Nuova. Free time after mass until visit and Vigil at Chiesa del Gesu. At 5:00pm Deacon’s Family Vigil begins (Chiesa del Gesu). Confessions Available. 7:00 Dinner.
Day 6: Thursday, September 27th ~ 7:00 am Arrive at St. Peter’s for the 9:30 am Ordination Mass (St. Peter’s—Altar of the Chair). 12:00-1:30 pm Reception at the North American College. Enjoy a free afternoon. Later in the evening, ~7:00-10:00 dinner at Ristorante Lo Scarpone for reception.
Day 7: Friday, September 28th ~ In the Morning, Mass of Thanksgiving at a church in Rome (Bishop Conley as celebrant)—possibly at St. Paul’s Outside the Walls. Travel to Assisi. See the tombs of St. Francis and St. Clare; enjoy a peaceful walk on the streets of Assisi. Dinner and overnight in Assisi.
Day 8: Saturday, September 29th ~ Travel to Tuscany, Montalcino (land of the Brunello the best wine in Italy). Enjoy a Tuscan Vineyard Tour and Wine Tasting. Dinner and overnight in Rome
Day 9: Sunday, September 30th ~ Travel back to USA.
Please note: We do our best to ensure that all sites listed in this itinerary will be seen. However, due to scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control, sites may be visited on a different day than listed. If this happens it will also necessitate a change in the restaurant for dinner. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of the meal, all restaurants will meet Proximo Travel's very high standards. Since we have several different trip configurations touring at the same time, it is likely that groups on different tours will be combined when their itineraries overlap in certain areas.
