Steps for Registration
- Call us (855) 842-8001 or register online with a credit card and pay your $500 deposit per person to save your spot. The $500 deposit is part of the total price of the trip
- A $1,000 Airfare Deposit (AD) per person is due one month from the registration. The AD is paid ONLY in the form of Check (personal, money order, or bank check)
- The balance is due 4 months before the trip departure date. The balance is paid ONLY in the form of Check (personal, money order, or bank check).
- Mail all checks and correspondence to:
- NOTE: If you sign up for a trip within 4 months of the departure date, you pay the deposit of $500 with a credit card and the balance is required to be overnighted in the form of a personal check, money order, or bank check.

Day 1 WED, JUL 20: Depart from the US: Dinner and breakfast will be served on board.
Day 2 THU, JUL 21: ROME. Upon arrival in Rome, we enjoy a panoramic tour including City Hall, Trevi Fountain, Arch of Constantine, and Circus Maximus. Dinner at an upscale rustic local restaurant. Unlimited good Italian wine included for adults. Overnight in Rome.
Day 3 FRI, JUL 22: ROME. After breakfast, we visit the Vatican City which includes the Museum, the Sistine Chapel, St. Peter's Square and Church of St. Peter. In the afternoon, we have a walking tour to the Roman Forum, Arch of Titus, the Coliseum - site of early Christian martyrdom - and Mamertine Prison, possibly the final place of confinement of the Apostle Paul before his execution. Also visit the Catacombs. Dinner at an upscale rustic local restaurant. Unlimited good Italian wine included for adults. Overnight in Rome.
Day 4 SAT, JUL 23: ROME / ASSISI / ROME. After breakfast at your hotel enjoy a full day excursion to Assisi. We begin our guided exploration of the quaint hilltop city which still retains much of the atmosphere of the early 1200's, the period when St. Francis began his ministry. We visit the huge 13th-century Basilica where we will see the tomb of St. Francis as well as many of the saint's possessions and a series of frescoes depicting his life. You may kneel before the crucifix from which Jesus spoke to St. Francis, asking him to rebuild His church. We continue with a visit to St. Mary of the Angels Basilica in which St. Francis spent most of his life. Here we see the Chapel, Porziuncola, the rose bush, and the cave where the saint retired for prayer. Dinner at an upscale rustic local restaurant. Unlimited good Italian wine included for adults. Overnight in Rome.
Day 5 SUN, JUL 24: ROME. This morning, we visit three more of the basilicas. First, we visit St. Mary Major Basilica. (Celebrate Mass) Then we visit St. John Lateran and St. Paul Outside the Walls. Also visit the Pantheon, the oldest large-scale dome in Rome. Visit the remains of St. Catharine of Siena in the Basilica of Santa Maria Sopra Minerva. On the return we see Moses' Fountain and Quirinale Palace. Dinner and overnight.
Day 6 MON, JUL 25: ROME/ POLAND. Depart Rome for Poland. Upon arrival we transfer to our 4 star hotel.
Day 7 TUE, JUL 26: WYD. KRAKOW—WYD. Today is a day of leisure for activities to visit Krakow on our own. This evening we attend the opening ceremonies of World Youth Day 2016.
Day 8 WED, JUL 27: WYD. Catechesis (teaching) sessions in the morning and festival events in the afternoon and evening. Overnight at our 4 star hotel.
Day 9 THU, JUL 28: WYD. Catechesis (teaching) sessions in the morning. Arrival and welcome of the Holy Father in the afternoon and evening. Overnight at our 4 star hotel.
Day 10 FRI, JUL 29: WYD. Catechesis (teaching) sessions in the morning. Stations of the Cross - a re-enactment of our Lord's Passion and Death in the afternoon and evening. Overnight at our 4 star hotel.
Day 11 SAT, JUL 30: WYD. Pilgrimage walk to site of Closing Mass, evening Vigil with the Holy Father. Overnight at our 4 star hotel.
Day 12 SUN, JUL 31: WYD. Closing Mass and concluding events. Overnight at our 4 star hotel.
Day 13 MON, AUG 01: POLAND/ UNITED STATES. We transfer to the airport for our departure from Poland to North America - the end of our Pilgrimage to World Youth Day 2016.
