  • Single Supplement If the passenger wants a guaranteed room of their own, they have to pay $1200 for a single supplement. As long as the passenger is willing to room with someone and allows us to provide them with a roommate the single supplement does not apply.
  • Remember: Our trips are not more expensive during high season ~ Passengers will never be expected to pay extra for anything while on the trip.

Steps For Registration

  1. Call us (855) 842-8001 or register online with a credit card and pay your $500 deposit per person to save your spot. The $500 deposit is part of the total price of the trip.
  2. A $1,000 Additional Deposit (AD) per person is due one month from the registration. The AD is paid ONLY in the form of check (personal, money order, or bank check).
  3. The balance is due 4 months before the trip departure date. The balance is paid ONLY in the form of check (personal, money order, or bank check).

  • Trip Itinerary

    June 13, Day 1: Departure from USA to Krakow. Dinner and breakfast will be served in-flight.

    June 14, Day 2: Arrival. Visit the Basilica of the Presentation of the Blessed Virgin Mary, the parish to which the family of Pope John Paul II belonged as he grew up. Visit Kalwaria where this great pope developed his Marian devotion in its shrine and, because of it, he chose his Papal Coat of Arms, Totus Tuus. Dinner and overnight in Krakow.

    June 15, Day 3: After breakfast, off to Auschwitz where you will visit the impressive Holocaust Memorial. Continue to Harmeze, visit the Church of Our Lady of the Immaculate Conception, and tour the Center of St. Maximilian Kolbe. Dinner and overnight in Krakow.

    June 16, Day 4: Depart for Lagiewniki which is the capital of the Divine Mercy where Christ Himself wished to pass on to our generation, through the mediation of St. Faustina. The sanctuary houses grace-working images of Merciful Jesus and the relics of St. Faustina. Visit the Shrine of Divine Mercy, St. Faustina's convent chapel, and her tomb. See the displayed relic of Pope Saint John Paul II where his robe contains the blood stain from when he was shot in 1981. Depart for Wadowice, the birthplace of Karol Wojtyla. Visit the church he attended and was baptized as a child. Dinner and overnight in Krakow.

    June 17, Day 5: After breakfast, take a bus ride north to Czestochowa in Jasna Góra. Visit Our Lady of Czestochowa, Poland's greatest pilgrimage shrine, where there will be Mass and visit The Black Madonna of Jasna Góra. Dinner and overnight in Krakow.

    June 18, Day 6: After breakfast, take a tour of Wawel Royal Castle. Then descend into the underground chambers of the Wieliczka Salt Mines for an unparalleled tour of the medieval galleries and halls carved out of rocks and salt deposits. Dinner and overnight in Krakow.

    June 19, Day 7: This morning, depart for the Czech Republic. Begin with a stop in Cesky Krumlov, a fairy-tale town with a maze of narrow cobbled streets. Declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1992, Cesky Krumlov has earned an international reputation as a time capsule of the past. Enjoy a short walk through the town and view its Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance houses. Later, continue through Southern Bohemia to the Czech capital, Prague - "The City of a Thousand Spires". Dinner and overnight in Prague.

    June 20, Day 8: Visit the Castle District including St. Vitus Cathedral and St. George's Basilica. Admire the views of Charles Bridge and the Lesser Town. Continue past the Jewish Quarter and walk to the Old Town Square to view the famous Town Hall Astronomical Clock. Dinner and overnight in Prague.

    June 21, Day 9: Travel through the picturesque Austrian countryside to Salzburg. We will have lunch on the way to Salzburg in Mondsee where the Sound of Music was filmed and then continue through the lake district on to Salzburg. The afternoon is at leisure to explore Salzburg’s with its historic area. Dinner and overnight in Salzburg.

    June 22, Day 10: Walking tour of Salzburg, a city filled with the beautiful Mirabell Gardens and wondrous architecture. Walk through the Old Town of Salzburg, a UNESCO World Heritage site, with medieval lanes and small shops with ironwork signs out front, the monumental Domplatz, and birthplace of Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.There is a small museum containing family portraits, original manuscripts and some of the young genius’ early instruments. Enjoy a free afternoon in the awesome city of Salzburg with lots of beautiful cafes, shopping boutiques, and views of the city. Dinner and overnight in Salzburg.

    June 23, Day 11: Travel to Vienna. A local guide waits to show you the sights of this exquisite city with a drive on the Ring Strasse to view great buildings such as the Opera House, the Maria Theresa Monument, museum buildings, the Parliament and City Hall. We will also see the former Imperial Palace Hofburg, a complex of buildings from the 13th century and home of the famous Spanish Riding School. Stroll the Stadtpark where you can see the famous gold statue of Strauss, the Kartnerstrasse, the pedestrian shopping street in the heart of the city that leads to the famous gothic St. Stephen’s Cathedral. The afternoon is at leisure for you to relax or explore the city’s historic area. Dinner and overnight in Vienna.

    June 24, Day 12: Today is at leisure, you might want to drop in at one of the city’s coffeehouses and savor a piece of the delicious Sachertorte and a traditional cup of coffee or why not enjoy a boat ride on the Danube Canal. Dinner and overnight in Vienna

    June 25, Day 13: Fly back home.

    Please note: We do our best to ensure that all sites listed in this itinerary will be seen. However, due to scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control, sites may be visited on a different day than listed. If this happens it will also necessitate a change in the restaurant for dinner. However, we will never sacrifice the quality of the meal, all restaurants will meet Proximo Travel's very high standards. Since we have several different trip configurations touring at the same time, it is likely that groups on different tours will be combined when their itineraries overlap in certain areas.
